'9 people killed' in Ukrainian attack on Russia's Black Sea Fleet HQ

Ukraine's attack on the headquarters of Russia's Black Sea Fleet has killed at least nine people and wounded 16 others, Ukrainian military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov said.
Budanov said several generals, including Russian Colonel General Alexander Romanchuk, were among the casualties.
