On the shores of the Red Sea in southern Saudi Arabia, Jazan Economic City has begun to take shape. It's been an important cooperation project under China's Belt and Road Initiative and the Saudi "Vision 2030" plan. Chinese engineer Qiao Yongli has been stationed in Jazan and witnessed all the changes the project brought to the locals.
