In an exclusive interview with CMG, Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema highlighted a number of successful cooperation achievements between Zambia and China, in fields such as green energy and infrastructure construction, which have all come to fruition under the Belt and Road Initiative. He said he hopes to expand cooperation with China through the BRI and stressed that the initiative poses no threat to other countries, but brings life-changing benefits to countries like Zambia.
