EU has put forward an economic security strategy to "de-risk" from China in critical sectors. Its officials said that they have no intention to decouple from China. Zhang Biao, associate professor at the School of Political Science and Public Administration, says that the EU is taking a similar tone to the U.S. in its trade strategy with China.
