The Armenian Security Council has said Armenia and Azerbaijan's leaders will meet in the Spanish city of Granada next month to discuss a peace treaty. Now, a mass exodus is underway for some 120,000 ethnic Armenians in the region of Nagorno-Karabakh, amid fears of ethnic cleansing. The Armenian government said over 2,900 people had crossed the border.
