The first visa-free Chinese tourists arrived at Thailand's Suvarnabhumi Airport on Monday and were welcomed by Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin and several cabinet ministers, CMG reported.
The Thai government implemented a five-month phased visa-free policy for Chinese tourists to the country starting on Monday. It is expected to be fully implemented by February 29, 2024.
