Ukrainian military claims Black Sea Fleet commander killed in attack

Commander of Russia's Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Viktor Sokolov, was among those killed in an attack on the fleet's headquarters in Sevastopol, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry claimed on Monday.
There has so far been no response from the Russian side.
