Prof. Jiayu Bai from Law School of Naikai University pointed out during CGTN's Dialogue that Pacific Rim countries may notice that Japan should take responsibility if the nuclear-contaminated water is found at some point out of standard and irreversible. And the compensation should include all material or non-material losses to the injured parties.
