As one of China's key Belt and Road Initiative partners, Saudi Arabia is committed to attracting three million Chinese tourists by 2030. On September 22, China officially granted Approved Destination Status (ADS) to Saudi Arabia. The bilateral agreement allows Chinese citizens to travel to Saudi Arabia in group tours, and facilitates access to the Kingdom.
