Ukraine carried out a missile attack on Crimea's naval headquarters in Sevastopol on September 22 in close coordination with the U.S. and Britain, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a weekly briefing on Wednesday.

"There is not the slightest doubt that the attack was planned in advance using Western intelligence assets, NATO satellite equipment, and reconnaissance aircraft," Zakharova added.
