More than a dozen people have been arrested in the U.S. city of Philadelphia following the massive looting of stores on Tuesday evening. Local media reports large groups of juveniles, possibly up to a hundred or so, began moving through the city center at around 7:30 p.m. local time, smashing business windows and plundering shops. The episode came shortly after a peaceful protest against police violence.
