Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that using the Black Sea corridor to transport Ukrainian grain is realistic, even without Russian involvement. He made the remark on Monday after European foreign ministers gathered in Kyiv to show support for Ukraine.
Moscow suspended its participation in the Black Sea corridor agreement on July 17, 2023, saying that it would return to the deal as soon as the agreements promised to their country were fulfilled.
