Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed lawmakers at the opening session of Türkiye's parliament on Sunday in Ankara. In his speech, Erdogan stated that his country "no longer expects anything from the European Union, at whose door we have been kept waiting for 60 years."
