Athletes from all over Asia have gathered in Hangzhou, the capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, for the 19th Asian Games, which opened on September 23. CGTN Stringer invited young people from different countries to talk about their countries' sporting strengths.
Cricket is one of the events at this edition of the Asian Games. In this video, Ashish from India hits a cricket field in his hometown of Thiruvananthapuram and watches a passionate match. He talks with cricket lovers there about their stories and wishes the players good luck. One cricket lover Rebin Shaji recalls that he didn't have a cricket bat when he was a child and he made it from coconut wood by himself.
