A breathtaking natural scene of snow-capped peaks and vibrant vegetation can be found at the Changbai Mountain scenic area in northeast China's Jilin Province.
The Enshi Grand Canyon in Hubei Province's Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in central China boasts a stunning environment of clear streams, lush slopes and virgin woods.
It is also the best time to visit the Detian-Ban Gioc Waterfall, which straddles the border between Vietnam and China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The waterfall flows down its eroded peak into multiple falls, creating a magnificent view.
With the arrival of fall, people from all over the country flock to the well-known Yellow Mountains in east China's Anhui Province to marvel at the intriguing panorama of oddly shaped peaks emerging from a sea of clouds.
