Grzegorz W. Kolodko, the former deputy prime minister of Poland and now the economic professor at Kozminski University, pointed out that European countries should not get involved in the Cold War initiated by the United States. Instead, they should make full use of the Belt and Road Initiative, harnessing this favorable "wind" to cooperate and move forward on the path of development together.
