At the Xiling Seal Art Society, a Hangzhou-based academic organization devoted to the art of seal carving, China Global Television Network invited Yoshimi Komiyama, a Japanese doctoral student from the School of Calligraphy at the China Academy of Art, and Kang Dayeon, a student of Chinese painting at the same institute from South Korea, to join its television special "Yaji: Asia unveiled." Wang Zhen, a seal engraver and member of the organization, shared with them the art of seal engraving. He also made on-site a special seal engraved with the Chinese characters of the name of the television program. Host Julian Waghann is joined by two special guests, Melody Tan, a Malaysian singer and associate professor at Guangxi University of Foreign Languages, and Taihi Chin, a Japanese violinist, who now works as a trainee concertmaster at the Sichuan Symphony Orchestra. They jointly explore the beauty of Chinese seal engraving.
