The last time Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) allowed four or more goals in one game in the UEFA Champions League, they lost to Barcelona 6-1 in the second leg of the Round of 16 at Camp Nou in 2017.
Back then, Barca still had Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez, all in their best years. Newcastle United, despite all of their signings during the summer transfer window, don't have a player that can match any of those three, but they still beat PSG 4-1 at St James' Park on Wednesday.
Another two traditional heavyweights, Manchester United and Arsenal, were upset in this week's Champions League games as well, and both had their goalkeepers to blame. Andre Onana's poor performance led to the ejection of Casemiro; David Raya should know better than passing to the opponents.
