Climate change is a global issue which needs concerted effort from all countries. Zhang Jianyu, executive director of the BRI Green Development Institute, believes that many developed countries haven't done enough to shoulder their historic responsibilities to counter climate change. He believes it is essential for the Global North to work with the Global South to realize a green and sustainable future for all mankind.
