Ukraine's central bank has brought in a more flexible exchange rate from Tuesday, putting an end to the official peg it has had throughout its conflict with Russia. Qu Qiang, a research fellow at Beijing Foreign Studies University, says the move may indicate that Ukraine probably lacks enough foreign currency reserves.
