The newly constructed Yuerong Park in Xiongan New Area is drawing in many tourists during the Golden Week holiday. On National Day, students performed traditional dances in hanfu, a historical style of clothing worn and developed by the Han ethnic group. Situated 105 kilometers from both Beijing and Tianjin, Xiongan New Area is emerging as a "City of the future". After over six years of construction, the city is beginning to live up to its promise.
