The largest health care workers' strike in U.S. history entered its second day on Thursday, arousing concerns over the shortage of health care staff. More than 75,000 workers with the California-based health care organization Kaiser Permanente stood on the picket lines across the country, demanding better pay and benefits. Kate Tulenko, founder and CEO of Corvus Health, sees the strike as an opportunity to radically redesign the country's health care workforce in the face of an aging society.
