When your wedding falls on China's Golden Week, it is a celebration of the family and the country! 

In a village on the outskirts of the city of Baoding in Hebei Province, just south of Beijing, a local couple observed the Chinese practice of bowing to the sky and earth first, their parents second, and then to each other. The bride wore the traditional red wedding dress, before putting on a Western-style gown. The bride and groom also exchanged vows, infusing their big day with Chinese and Western elements!
