A special exhibition displaying the latest archaeological discoveries unearthed from the Sanxingdui Ruins site in Sichuan Province is currently underway at the Hong Kong Palace Museum. The exhibition features 120 remarkable bronze, jade, gold and ceramic relics aged between 2,600 and 4,500 years old. Nearly half of the objects on display were discovered during the recent archaeological excavations at the Sanxingdui Ruins site that took place between 2020 and 2022. It is the first time they have been shown at a major exhibition outside of Sichuan Province. The exhibition runs until January 8, 2024.
