Shen Jiayin, who graduated from Shanghai International Studies University, is the language service supervisor of the Main Media Center of the 19th Asian Games. She leads a 51-person team to solve all language and communication-related problems for media and reporters participating in the Asian Games. Whether it is simultaneous interpreting of every press conference in the MMC, the translation of food names and allergens in the dining hall, or even the consecutive interpretation of interviews between two media outlets in different languages, all are within the service scope of her team.
