Capljina, a border city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is undergoing the construction of a crucial motorway connecting it to Croatia and serving as a link to Sarajevo, the country's capital. This project, a part of Corridor Five C, the Pan-European Motorway that passes through this country, aims to provide a more efficient and faster movement of people and goods. Local engineer Damjan Puljic is actively involved in building a 11-kilometer-long section in his hometown, Capljina. He says local residents enthusiastically welcome this new highway, which is expected to halve the travel time to Sarajevo.
