The 2023 Chengdu World Science Fiction Convention (Worldcon) will take place from October 18 to 22. According to the committee, prominent guests such as Liu Cixin, Robert Sawyer, Richard Leslie Taylor, Wu Jing, Guo Fan and He Xi will attend the 2023 Chengdu Worldcon. This convention will host over 200 activities, which is unprecedented in terms of the content and quantity of activities compared to other sci-fi events held in China.
The promotional video of this conference "Chasing Dreams for the Future in Sci-Fi Chengdu" is unveiled, telling the story of a Chengdu girl who desires science fiction literature, looking for the "star key" to unlock the 2023 Chengdu World Science Fiction Convention.
