China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is marking its 10th year. The Chinese Foreign Ministry says the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation will be held in Beijing on October 17 and 18. Officials and scholars from around the world have spoken highly about BRI's achievements.
