Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that Israel will receive the second American aircraft carrier with military equipment on Friday and vowed to keep fighting Hamas as conflict continues for nearly a week.
Gallant made the remark at a joint press conference with visiting U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin in Tel Aviv.
For his part, Austin told reporters that U.S. support for Israel is ironclad, adding that Pentagon is fully ready to deploy additional assets.
