Depending on how it's processed, tea is classified into six major types, namely: green, yellow, white, black, oolong and dark. Dahongpao tea is a special oolong variety, noted for its roasted flavor and floral, fruity aroma. The processing involves more than ten steps, from harvesting and withering, to twisting and drying.
