Ukraine says 1 killed, 12 wounded in Russian attack on Donetsk region

One person was killed and 12 wounded in a Russian attack on the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region on Friday, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said via Telegram.
It added that two administrative buildings had been damaged as a result of the attack and three people had been rescued.
There has been no response from Russia.
