The third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation is set to get under way in Beijing. Representatives from 130 nations, and 30 international organizations, will attend the event. That includes member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, or ASEAN, who are participants in the Belt and Road Initiative. So, what has been achieved over the past decade for China and ASEAN under the Belt and Road, and what can be done to strengthen future cooperation? CGTN talks to Shi Zhongjun, secretary-general of the ASEAN-China Center in Beijing.
