The 8th International Festival of Intangible Cultural Heritage has kicked off in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. With the "Tianfu Grand Parade," featuring 47 distinctive domestic and international intangible cultural heritage performance groups, the festival brought together over 900 intangible cultural heritage projects, more than 6,000 inheritors, and guests from 47 countries and regions worldwide.
The festival showcased a vibrant array of performances, including spirited African drumming, extraordinary ethnic dances, and beloved traditional folk performances that delighted the audience. Nearly a thousand performers participated in this grand showcase at the main venue, creating an atmosphere of continuous excitement and celebration.
