After two years of online announcements, the Beijing Michelin Guide 2024 Ceremony is finally meeting the culinary experts in person, unveiling its star winners. The Chinese capital gets elevated by adding another Three Michelin-starred restaurants to the global culinary map, with a Beijing restaurant making the list to become the world's first Chaozhou cuisine to ever snatch this award.
A total of 105 culinary establishments are listed in the new selection with three Three-Star restaurants, two Two-Star restaurants, 20 One-Star restaurants and one Green Star restaurant. This list also includes the Bib Gourmand and the Michelin Selected restaurants. The fifth edition also presents the Young Chef Award, the Sommelier Award and the Service Award.
