Red Chinese knot-themed artistic installations and colorful flower decorations appeared across the streets of the capital to welcome the upcoming 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, which will be held in Beijing from October 17 to 18. Themed "High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity", the event marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative.
