Eliud Kipchoge, the five-time Berlin marathon champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist, attended a 2-kilometer running event with marathon fans at the Suzhou Creek Half Marathon Park in Shanghai on October 16. In 2019, the legendary runner became the first person to run a marathon in less than two hours. Kipchoge said he was impressed by Chinese people's passion for running.
