Major countries should be objective and impartial in handling international and regional hotspot issues, said China's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning on Monday. Mao made the statement at a press briefing in response to a question on China's efforts in resolving Gaza conflict, following Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken exchanging views on the issue during a phone conversation.
