Russian, Syrian presidents hold phone conversation

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad held a phone conversation, the Presidency of the Syrian Arab Republic announced on Monday.
They stressed the need for the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, the presidency said.
