Expert: BRI has proven to be transformative policy for greater good

The third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation opens in Beijing. The two-day conference will take stock of achievements of this landmark global development network, now on its tenth year. Professor Josef Gregory Mahoney, Professor of Politics at East China Normal University, said people celebrate Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) because it has proven to be a transformative policy for the greater good, and BRI reflects China's remarkable rise as a global engine of growth.
