It's been a decade since the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was put forward by China. But even after this long, this mega-development project continues to attract intense media coverage. One journalist from Pakistan tells CGTN that there's a "compulsion" by some Western countries to speak ill of the project, but explains that even negative discussions about the BRI are a positive thing.
