Southwest Chinese border city Dehong celebrates 70th birthday

October 16 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province. To celebrate the occasion, a parade was held in Mangshi, the capital city of the prefecture.
