Gaza's health ministry spokesman said an Israeli air strike killed 500 people at a hospital in Gaza. Israel claims it was a Palestinian barrage that had caused the deadly blast. Since the conflict began, at least 3,000 have been killed in Gaza and about 1,300 have been killed in Israel.
