Indonesian President Joko Widodo on Wednesday expressed hope that synergies of development under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) can continue, and thanked China for its contributions to global economic development under the BRI. He made the remarks at the opening ceremony of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing.
