About 500 Palestinians were killed in a blast at Al Ahli Arab Hospital in the north of the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, the Palestinian Health Ministry said.

Palestinian authorities said the bombing was caused by an Israeli airstrike, but the Israeli military blamed the incident on a failed rocket launch by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
