China practices inclusive multilateralism, but the United States practices exclusive multilateralism, said Professor Zheng Yongnian of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) on October 18 during the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation held in Beijing. He said that whoever wins the competition between China and the U.S. would be the one who is more open.
