Gu Shengzu, vice chairman of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and an expert of the National Development Strategy Think Tank of Wuhan University, said on Wednesday that as a key part of the national soft strength, think tanks shoulder the responsibility of gathering wisdom and pooling resources for high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). He made the remarks at a thematic forum on think tank exchanges, a part of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
