Indian scholar: America has not understood 'hegemony preludes decline'

Sudheendra Kulkarni, Indian politician and columnist, made a speech on the thematic forum of think tank exchange of the third Belt and Road Forum for international cooperation on October 18. He said that China has never accepted that once a country becomes strong enough, it will invariably seek hegemony. China understands the lesson of history – that hegemony preludes decline. America has not understood that lesson which is why it is declining.
