Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday met with Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, who attended the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, which concluded on Wednesday in Beijing.

Xi said, "China and Egypt are good friends who share the same vision and trust each other, as well as good partners who work hand in hand for development and common prosperity."
