After concluding the agenda of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) in Beijing, Marinko Čavara, the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), and his delegation visited the Chinese capital's Silk Street to buy souvenirs on Wednesday.

In addition to essential souvenirs such as scarves, jewels, and handbags, Mr. Čavara also had multiple sets of suits tailored. He described shopping in Beijing as a pleasant experience and expressed his intention to become a promotional ambassador for the Silk Street, recommending it to his friends in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

At the thematic forum on people-to-people connectivity during the BRF on Wednesday, Mr. Čavara emphasized that the Belt and Road Initiative is a calling for peace, prosperity, unity, and cooperation.

Silk, jewels, clothing, bags, and more – the PABiH delegation experienced the high-quality products of China's ingenuity and design. Mr. Čavara also received a porcelain cup and silk-tie gift set from Hangzhou's "Jun Zhi Li," representing China's silk and porcelain culture. "Jun Zhi Li" is a gift given to individuals of noble character and is a sign of the highest recognition and blessings for the recipient.
