Kishore Mahbubani, a distinguished fellow at the Asia Research Institute of the National University of Singapore and the former Singaporean permanent representative to the United Nations, said on Wednesday that it's quite remarkable that 10 years ago, China decided that what the world needed was an initiative that would help bring humanity together. He made the remarks at a thematic forum on think tank exchanges, a part of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
